RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges are only applicable within three days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds but we would be glad to offer you store credit within the first 7 days of receipt, as long as your order is still in its original condition of sale.
All orders made with a promo/discount code are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns for store credit will be accepted.
Products that have been untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed, excessively brushed/finger combed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange or return, therefore please examine each product in its original condition of sale to make sure you are completely satisfied.
SHIPPING
ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
We are unable to make any address updates once your order has begun processing or has already been shipped. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.
Our shipping estimates are are typically accurate but sometimes there are unforeseen delays with the courier companies. While we are not responsible for courier delays we will assist each customer within reason. If there are any delays with your package, we are unable to file any claims until the package has been in transit for at least 15 business days or in transit with DHL for at least 5 business days. PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address or if your order is flagged by our payment processor for any reason, you may be required to further verify your identity in order for us to authorize payment and approve your transaction. If this is required, a customer care team member will contact you after your order has been placed.
